4 Dec 2025, Thursday: Once you've arrived in Dubai make your way to your chosen hotel. Check in is usually around 3pm, but don't worry if you're there before, the hotel will store your bags and you can head straight out!

You’ll find a SportsBreak notice board in your hotel reception. This will display all important information and transfer times for the weekend. Your Sportsbreaks reps will also be around if you have any questions.

5 Dec 2025, Friday: Enjoy a day at your own leisure!

6 Dec 2025, Saturday: If you’ve added a qualifying ticket and return Saturday transfer to your package, here’s the plan…

Grab some breakfast and meet in reception for your early morning transfer to Yas Island. When you arrive at the circuit, your coach will drop you at the mall and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back after the race. A shuttle service will be available for the mall to the circuit entrance.

If you’re not heading to Yas Island today, the days yours to enjoy!

7 Dec 2025, Sunday: Race day! Good news…we’re all heading to the track today! Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then meet in reception for your circuit transfer.

When you arrive at the circuit, your coach will drop you at the mall and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back after the race. A shuttle service will be available from the coach park to the circuit entrance.. Then, it’s over to you to enjoy a fun fuelled day of racing. You’ll have a fantastic day!

8 Dec 2025, Monday: After a great weekend, sadly it’s time to head home.

You’ll need to check out by 11am (some hotels may have slightly earlier/later check out times), but if you’re on a later flight, the hotel will store your luggage, so you can enjoy your last day in Dubai.
