27 Nov 2025, Thursday: 

  • Simply start exploring! Check in opens at 3pm, but don’t worry if you arrive before, the hotel will store your luggage so that you can head straight out.  

 

 

28 Nov 2025, Friday: 

  • Friday is a free day for you to enjoy Doha or attend the practice sessions.

 

 

29 Nov 2025, Saturday: 

  • If you are heading to qualifying today, we recommend you to arrive nice and early, as it can get busy.
  • If you are not heading to the track today, the days yours to enjoy! Why not check what Doha has to offer!

 

 

30 Nov 2025, Sunday: 

  • Race day! We recommend you to arrive nice and early, as it can get busy. You'll have a fantastic day!

 

 

1 Dec 2025, Monday: 

  • After a great weekend, sadly, it’s time to head home.  
  • You’ll need to check out by mid-day (some hotels may have slightly earlier or later check out times) but if you’re not quite ready to leave just yet and want to enjoy a little more time to explore Doha, the hotel will store your bags.
