If you’ve added a return Saturday transfer to your package, here’s the plan…
Meet in reception for your early morning transfer to Silverstone Circuit. When you arrive at the circuit, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back after the race. You’ll be a short walk from the entrance and ready for an amazing day at Quali. The transfer back to your hotel will be at approximately 18:00.
If you’re not heading to the track today, the days yours to enjoy!

5 Jul 2026, Sunday - Race day!

Good news…we’re all heading to the track today!
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then meet in reception for your circuit transfer. When you arrive at Silverstone, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back here after the race. Then, it’s over to you to enjoy a fun fuelled day of racing. You’ll have a fantastic day! The transfer back to your hotel will be at approximately 18:30.

6 Jul 2026, Monday

You’ll need to check out by mid-day (some hotels may have slightly earlier or later check out times) but if you’re not ready to leave, the hotel will store your bags.
