Itinerary

The Hotel – Check in is usually from 3pm, but this can be different depending on the hotel you’ve chosen. If you arrive at your hotel before check in opens, you might not be able to check in straight away, but you’ll be able to store your bags so you can get your weekend started!

When it’s time to go home, you’ll need to check out usually by 12-noon (subject to change), and there’ll be somewhere to store your bags if you’re not leaving until later, so you can carry on enjoying your last day in Madrid.

The Match – Your E-tickets will be sent to you before 6pm on the Friday prior to your match (for weekend matches). For midweek matches they’ll be sent before 6pm the day before the match.

Approximately 10-14 days before the match we’ll send you an email letting you know the confirmed date and time of the match, and loads of other useful information about the stadium and what to expect on your sportsbreak.

The Stadium Tour – Your tickets for the Estadio Cívitas Metropolitano stadium tour will be with your match tickets. Stadium tours don’t operate on match days for security reasons. It’s a self-guided tour so you can turn up when it suits you.
