Before your break:

The lead passenger will receive an email about 7 days before the game. This will include when you'll receive your e-tickets, as well as all the important information we need you to know before the match.

At the match:

It’s game time! Make sure you have your e-tickets ready before you head to the stadium. If there is an issue with your tickets, the ticket office at Etihad is open on match day.
