2025/26 Real Madrid Ticket and Hotel Packages

Itinerary

Before your break:

  • The lead passenger will receive an email around 7 days before the game. This will include your ticket information, and all other important information you'll need to know before the match and your hotel stay. 

  • Your E-tickets will be sent to you before 6pm on the Friday prior to your match (for weekend matches). For midweek matches they’ll be sent before 6pm the day before the match.

  • Remember, there’s loads to do in Madrid, so you can get cracking and plan your perfect weekend around the footy!

 

When you arrive: 

  • Check in at our hotels is usually around 3pm, but don’t worry if you’re there before, the hotel will store your luggage, so you can head straight out.

 

Match Day:

  • Shuttle Bus - a one way shuttle service from the city centre to the stadium is included. Departing exactly 2 hours before each match from the Madrid Stock Exchange building - address: “Bolsa de Madrid", Plaza de la Lealtad 1, 28014 Madrid.
  • Head to the entrance displayed on your ticket. Then, take your seat amongst your fellow home supporters.
